PENGARUH PENGGANTIAN BANTALAN SCREW AIR COMPRESSORP TER¬HADAP KINERJA SISTEM PENYEDIA UDARA TEKAN RSG-GAS. Telah dilakukan penggantian bantalan dengan angular contac ball bearing, SKF explorer seri NU 206 ECS/C3 4 unit dan penggantian saringan oli pada unit sistem penyedia udara tekan, telah dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kinerja kompresor udara sehingga keandalan sistem dapat dipertahankan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan udara sistem penunjang RSG-GAS yang di persyaratkan. Kwalitas dan kwantitas udara yang di hasilkan sesuai dengan spesifikasi teknik dari sistem tersebut, yaitu: udara kering dengan kandungan air dan minyak < 5mg/m3. Distribusi udara kesetiap unit dengan tekanan nominal 4-6 bar.

ABSTRACT

THE EFFECT OF BEARING REPLACEMENT OF SCREW AIR COMPRESSOR TO THE RSG-GAS COMPRESSED AIR SYSTEM. The replacement of bearing with angular contac ball bearing type and oil filter of compressed air supply system has been done. It is aimed to enhance its performance for supplying the need of compressed air in the RSG-GAS. The quality and quantity of spetified air uselded are dry air with water content and oil of < 5mg/m3. The Air are distributed to every unit with nominal pressure of 4-6 bar.
