Abstract

PENINGKATAN KEANDALAN SISTEM PENYEDIA UDARA TEKAN (SCA02 AN01), UNIT SIRKULASI AIR DINGIN PADA CHILLER WATER UNIT, SAFETY RELATED (QKJ10 AP102) DAN NON-SAFETY RELATED (QKJ02 AP202) RSG-GAS. Telah dilakukan penggantian unit-unit utama pada sistem penyedia udara tekan yaitu screw air compressor, pompa sirkulasi air dingin pada chiller water unit, safety related dan non safety related sehingga keandalan sistem dapat dipertahankan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pasokan yang sesuai dengan dipersyaratkan, yaitu: untuk udara tekan, tekanan udara nominal adalah 4-6 bar, udara kering dan bebas kandungan minyak. Untuk sirkulasi air dingin pada chiller water unit, safety related batas minimum tekanan air 3 bar dengan laju alir 15,05 m3/jam dan untuk non safety related batas minimum tekanan air 4 bar dengan laju alir 35,9 m3/jam. Tidak terpenuhi batas minimum operasi akan menimbulkan kegagalan operasi dari sistem.

ABSTRACT
MAKE-UP OF RELIABILITY SYSTEM OF THE COMPRESSOR AIR SYSTEM (SCA02 AN01), CIRCULATION OF COOL WATER AT THE CHILLER WATER UNIT, FOR THE SAFETY RELATED (QKJ10 AP102) AND THE NON-SAFETY RELATED (QKJ02 AP202) RSG-GAS. Have been done by replacement of especial at the compressor air system that is screw air compressor type, circulation of cool water at the chiller water unit, for the safety related (QKJ10 AP102) and the non-safety related (QKJ02 AP202) so that system reliability can be defended to fulfill requirement of supply matching with qualifying, that is: for air compressor, nominal air pressure is 4-6 bar, free oil content and dry air. For the circulation of cool water at unit water chiller, water pressure minimum in system of the safety related is 3 bar with flow rate is 15,05 m3/hour and the non safety related safety is 4 bar with flow rate is 35,9 m3/hour. Had not fulfilled of limit operation will be failure of unit of the system.
