Abstract
TINJAUAN KINERJA MOTOR POMPA PA 01 AP 001 PADA SISTEM PENDINGIN SEKUNDER RSG-GAS. Tinjauan kinerja motor-pompa sistem pendingin sekunder RSG-GAS meliputi operasional sistem kendali, dan pengamatan karakteristik motor. Pengukuran parameter dilakukan pada kondisi pompa bekerja pada kapasitas 1950 m3/jam, dan suhu ruangan 28.5 oC. Pembahasan dampak kegagalan catu daya listrik PLN seperti fluktuasi tegangan, kedipan, dan putusnya aliran arus listrik terhadap akibat langsung yang dipikul oleh kinerja motor karena terjadinya fluktuasi putaran motor pada daerah 1475 s/d 1490 rpm. Penggunaan metoda start wye-delta dengan waktu tunda sebesar 6 detik akan dianalisis apakah mampu meredam lonjakan arus start. Dalam keadaan tunak dilakukan pengamatan terhadap penggunaan daya dan arus beban. Dari hasil pengamatan diperoleh bahwa motor pompa sekunder bekerja dalam batas toleransi yang diijinkan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dapat dilihat grafik karakteristik yang menunjukkan kinerja sistem pendingin.
ABSTRACT
REVIEW FOR MOTOR-PUMP PA01 AP001 AT SECONDARY COOLING SYSTEM RSG-GAS. Review for motor-pump secondary cooling system RSG-GAS involves operation of control system, and investigation for motor characteristics. The measuring of characteristic parameter of secondary cooling pump was done while the pump was running at capacity 1950 m3/hr. with ambient temperature 28.5 0C. The fault effect of public grid PLN such as the fluctuation of both voltage and frequency likes voltage drops, supply block out; effects the electric motor performances directly against the motor rotation fluctuation which running from 1475 rpm to 1490 rpm will be analyzed. The using of start-delta starting method with delay time about 6 seconds could covers starting current also analyzed in this paper. At steady state condition, the electric motor runs with both power and current are still under tolerances permitted. By investigation give that the secondary cooling pump was running at boundary permitted. Based on given data, shown the characteristic curve of the secondary cooling system performance.
