PERAWATAN SEMI OVERHAUL GENSET BRV20 RSG-GAS AKIBAT KEBOCORAN SISTEM PENDINGIN. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan dan dipastikan bahwa sistem pendingin genset BRV20 RSG-GAS mengalami kerusakan maka kegiatan berikutnya adalah perbaikan dan penggantian beberapa komponen utama dari sistem pendingin tersebut. Tujuan penulisan makalah ini adalah membahas pelaksanaan perawatan semi overhoul genset BRV20 RSG-GAS dan penggantian beberapa komponen sistem pendingin genset BRV20 RSG-GAS akibat kebocoran genset karena kemasukan air. Dari hasil overhaul diketahui bahwa air masuk kedalam genset karena adanya kebocoran air pada cylinder head no. 1 bagian Kiri dan cylinder head no. 3 bagian Kanan. Perawatan semi overhoul genset BRV20 RSG-GAS dan penggantian beberapa komponen sistem pendingin genset BRV20 RSG-GAS yang sudah rusak telah sesuai dengan prosedur pengoperasian standar. Disimpulkan bahwa Genset BRV20 siap dioperasikan dengan selamat.

ABSTRACT
THE SEMI-OVER-HAULING MAINTENANCE OF THE RSG-GAS BRV20 GENSET DUE TO COOLANT SYSTEM LEAKAGE The semi overhauling maintenance system of BRV20 is performed every year. After examination it is confirmed that the generator cooling system BRV 20 RSG-GAS is damaged and leakage. To repair and replace of major components of the cooling system, BRV20 needs to be dismantled. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the implementation of semi-overhauling maintenance of diesel generator BRV 20 of the RSG-GAS and replacement of some components of cooling system due to gen-set leakage. From the overhauling system that water intake to gen-set due to the leakage of water in the cylinder head no. 1 part Left and cylinder head no. 3 Right section. The semi overhauling maintenance and replacement of several component of coolant system of BRV20 of RSG-GAS that have been broken is implemented as per procedures of operation manual. It is concluded that the gen-set can be ready operated savely.
