Abstract

The conductor composite of (Ag2S)x (Na3PO4)1-x had been made by mixing Ag2S with Na3PO4, then compaction with pressure 48.26.106 N/m2 with diameter 1.5.10-2 m. The conductor composite of (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x were heated at temperature 150 oC for 5 hours. Determination structure of (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x by using x-ray diffraction, showed that the structure of (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x was Ag2S and Na3PO4. Determination of conductivity (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x was carried out by LCR-meter at the interval frequency 0.1 Hz to 100 kHz. The result showed that the composite conductivity (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x was increased and impedance decreased with increasing concentration of Ag2S. The surface morphology of composite of (Ag2S)x(Na3PO4)1-x were conducted by electron microscopy, the result showed that take place to change with increasing concentration of Ag2S.
