ANALISIS KEANDALAN PERAWATAN KOMPONEN SISTEM KESELAMATAN REAKTOR SERBAGUNA
G.A. SIWABESSY. Analisis keandalan perawatan komponen diperlukan pada manajemen
penuaan Reaktor Serba Guna G.A. Siwabessy (RSG-GAS). Sistim basis data RSG-GAS belum
dimanfaatkan untuk analisis keandalan perawatan komponen berkaitan dengan kegiatan manajemen
penuaan (Aging Management) RSG-GAS. Dengan sistim basis data dapat dilakukan pencarian
informasi komponen sistim keselamatan yang mengalami kerusakan secara cepat. Analisis keandalan
perawatan belum dilakukan terhadap komponen sistim keselamatan RSG-GAS. Penelitian ini
bertujuan melakukan analisis keandalan perawatan komponen sistim keselamatan dalam kurun waktu
tahun 2005-2015 (Teras nomer 55 sampai 88). Kegiatan penelitian ini meliputi pencarian dan
pengumpulan informasi melalui sistim basis data khususnya perawatan dan kerusakan komponen
sistim keselamatan RSG-GAS pada Teras 55-88. Selanjutnya pembentukan sebaran frekuensi
perawatan dan kerusakan komponen sistim keselamatan Teras 55-88. Sebaran frekuensi ini
digunakan untuk mengetahui banyaknya komponen yang mengalami perawatan dan kerusakan. Uji
kecocokan bentuk sebaran data yang paling sesuai dilakukan terhadap komponen sistim keselamatan
yang mengalami kerusakan serta estimasi parameter waktu kerusakan. Hasil analisis yang dilakukan
menunjukkan informasi sebaran frekuensi tertinggi beberapa komponen sistem keselamatan yang
mengalami perawatan dan kerusakan dalam kurun waktu tahun 2005-2015. Melalui uji kecocokan
diperoleh jenis sebaran data kerusakan beberapa komponen sistem keselamatan serta rata-rata waktu
kerusakan yang mencerminkan karakteristik keandalan komponen tersebut. Hasil analisis ini
menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata waktu kerusakan komponen sistem keselamatan lebih lama
dibandingkan interval waktu perawatan. Diperoleh bahwa perawatan komponen sistim keselamatan
masih andal dan efisien.

ABSTRACT
RELIABILITY ANALYSIS OF THE COMPONENT MAINTENANCE OF SAFETY SYSTEM MULTIPURPOSE
REACTOR G.A. SIWABESSY. Analysis of the reliability of component maintenance is
required in the aging management of the Multi Purpose Reactor G.A. Siwabessy (RSG-GAS). The
RSG-GAS database system has not been utilized for the analysis of the reliability of maintenance
components related to the RSG-GAS Aging Management activities. With a database system,
information can be made to search for components of a safety system that has failed quickly. Analysis
of the reliability of maintenance has not yet been carried out on the RSG-GAS safety system
components. This study aims to analyze the reliability of the maintenance of safety system components
in the period 2005-2015 (Core numbers 55 to 88). This research activity includes the search and
collection of information through a database system, especially the maintenance and failure of the
RSG-GAS safety system components on Core 55-88. Furthermore, the formation of the frequency
distribution of maintenance and failure of Core 55-88 safety system components. This frequency
distribution is used to determine the number of components that experience maintenance and failure.
The most suitable form of data distribution test is performed on the components of the safety system
that have failed and the estimated time failure parameters. The results of the analysis carried out
showed the highest frequency distribution information of several components of the safety system that
experienced maintenance and failure in the period 2005-2015. Through compatibility testing, the type
of failure data distribution obtained by several safety system components and the average failure time
that reflects the reliability characteristics of these components. The results of this analysis indicate that
the average failure time of safety system components is longer than the maintenance time intervals. It
was found that the maintenance of safety system components was still reliable and efficient.
