KPEMUTAKHIRAN LAPORAN ANALISIS KESELAMATAN (LAK) UNTUK MANAJEMEN OPERASI DAN PERIZINAN RSG-GAS

Telah dilakukan kajian dalam metode untuk pemutakhiran data laporan analisis keselamatan (LAK) RSG-GAS melalui penyelesaian pohon masalah. Pohon masalah yang merupakan pernyataan negatif dari TUSI Subbidang Keselamatan Operasi, yang berperan dalam koordinasi penyusunan LAK diubah menjadi pernyataan positif melalui pohon sasaran, dan pohon alternatif. Maka pemutakhiran dokumen LAK dapat dilakukan melalui kegiatan alternatif, yaitu: melaksanakan peraturan modifikasi dan utilisasi secara optimal yang terkoordinasi, merencanakan jadual sosialisasi prosedur/peraturan dan pentingnya LAK RSG-GAS serta melaksanakan pemutakhiran secara bertahap yang berkesinambungan dengan memperhatikan izin operasi RSG-GAS.

ABSTRACT
Study has been carried out in the method for updating data safety analysis report (SAR) RSG-GAS through the completion of the tree problem. The tree problem which is a negative statement for job description of subdivision Operational Safety, which plays a role in the coordination of the SAR converted into a positive statement by the tree objectives, and the tree alternative. The SAR document to update can be made through alternative activities, namely: implement modification and utilization regulations optimally coordinated, planned schedule socialization procedures / regulations and the importance of RSG-GAS SAR and implementing sustainable gradually update with respect to the operating permit RSG-GAS.
