EVALUASI PERUBAHAN PERIODA TEST RUN DIESEL BRV 10 REAKTOR SERBA GUNA G.A SIWABESSY (RSG-GAS). Telah dilakukan evaluasi test run Diesel BRV 10 pasca perubahan perioda test-run dari sekali dalam 2 minggu menjadi sekali dalam 1 bulan. Evaluasi ini untuk mengetahui apakah dengan perubahan perioda test run, berdampak pada keandalan (reliability) diesel. Kriteria kinerja diesel disebut andal apabila : mudah start up; tegangan, frekuensi dan putaran stabil (400V, 50Hz, 1400 Rpm), kerja interlock berfungsi baik serta suplai daya kontinyu. Perubahan perioda test run bertujuan menyederhanakan kegiatan perawatan sistem bantu dan menekan ongkos perawatan sekaligus agar dapat mendukung program hemat energi pemerintah. Tahapan evaluasi dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan data hasil test run dan data gangguan selama kurun waktu 5 tahun (2004-2009). Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa perubahan perioda test-run tidak menimbulkan perubahan/penurunan kinerja/keandalan diesel BRV 10, sehingga pola test run dengan perioda satu kali dalam satu bulan dapat tetap dilaksanakan.

ABSTRACT

EVALUATION OF THE CHANGING PERIODIC TEST RUN OF THE DIESEL BRV 10 MULTI PURPOSE REACTOR-GA SIWABESSY. Test run evaluation has been done for Diesel BRV 10 after changing periodic test-run from once every 2 weeks becomes once every month. This evaluation to show the effect changing of periodic test run to the reliability. The reliability of diesel can be measured in any parameters, such as capability to start, constant voltage, frequency and, rotation stability (400V, 50HZ, 1400Rpm), well functions interlocking and continuity of power supply. The aim of changing periodic test run has simplified maintenance of diesel system and push down of maintenance cost. The evaluation on the performance of diesel BRV 10, does in steps : collecting data’s of test run result and troubles during 5 years (2004-2009). Result of the evaluation indicated that changing of periodic test run does not affect the performance diesel BRV 10, so that the test run once every month can be performed.
