UJI FUNGSI DIESEL PEMBANGKIT BRV 20 DENGAN PLC S7 300 Diesel pembangkit merupakan catu daya cadangan bagi pengoperasian RSG-GAS. Diesel pembangkit BRV 20 akan beroperasi secara otomatis apabila ada gangguan suplai listrik dari PLN . Pada saat reaktor operasi terjadi trip dari PLN diesel tidak tidak hidup secara outomatis yang menyebabkan terputusnya suplai tenggangan. Dengan kejadian itu maka dilakukan pengujian pengoperasian secara manual dan secara outomatis dilakukan untuk menghindari gangguan oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan penelusuran terhadap kegagalan ini dengan dilakukan pemeriksaan komponen komponen pendukung pengoperasian diesel pembangkit, terdapat komponen yang sudah tidak dapat berfungsi yaitu PLC ( programmable Logic Controller).PLC adalah sistem pengendali dari komponen-komponen yang ada di ruang diesel,yang berupa perintah eksekusi untuk menjalankan sistem diesel beserta sistem keselamatannya. PLC lama yang digunakan diruang diesel BRV20 harus diganti dengan PLC baru karena mengalami kerusakan.Setelah dilakukan penggantian PLC dilakukan uji fungsi start pada tahap dengan posisi manual menekan tombol start pada lokal panel dan pengujian perintah otomatis dari RPS (Reactor Protection System) untuk menghidupkan diesel seolah perintah trip dari tegangan jala- jala PLN terputus yang menyebabkan BRV 20 running dan dapat beroperasi kembali secara otomatis .

FUNCTION OF GENERATOR DIESEL BRV 20 WITH PLC S7 300. Diesel generator is rationing reserves power for operation of RSG-GAS. Generator diesel BRV 20 will operate automatically if there is electricity supply trouble from PLN . At the time of correspondence operation pile happened trip from PLN diesel is not be nonliving in outomatic causing the tolerant supply break of. With the occurence hence done assaying of operation manually and in outomatis is done to avoid trouble therefore require to be done by scanning to this failure by done inspection of supporter component component operation of generator diesel, there are component which have cannot function that is PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller).PLC is controller system from the components in chambers diesel in the form of death warrants for implementing diesels system along with the safety systems. PLC applied by stripper is diesel chamber BRV20 have to be changed with PLC is new by experiencing kerusakan.Setelah is done replacement of PLC done by function test start at phase with position of manual button start at local of panel and assaying of automatic comand from RPS ( Reactor Protection System) to start diesel likely comand trip from supply PLN is broken causing BRV 20 running and can operate returning automatically .
