Abstract
EVALUATION TRANSMISSION SYSTEM DESIGN AND MOTION DETECTOR VERTICAL AND HORIZONTAL MOTION isotope AT Device counter of RADIOISOTOPE IMMUNOASSAY. It has been constructed prototipe transmission system motion detector vertical and horizontal movement of the isotope. Scanning process isotopes by the detectors must occur in the right conditions, namely the axis line detector with the isotope tube axis must be one, whereas the horizontal motion is done by moving the motor to move gradually towards the left with a distance of 45 mm steps, while the detector motor moves up to process scanning and move down a distance of 30 mm steps to the process of replacement of a new isotope, untill to obtain vertical and horizontal motion of mechanical harmony. Vertical and horizontal mechanical motion is often problematic due to rotation caused by a motor that does not start simultaneously, the remaining rounds and the lack of precision motor shaft with a nut carrier transporting the load. To that end, the selected motor that has the ability to precision work, such as AC servo motor and transporting shaft with high precision, that is manufactured with a fitting transition. The test results obtained at a distance of 30 mm vertical motion steps taken within 811 milliseconds and at a distance of 45 mm taken in 2485 milliseconds.
