Abstract

REACTOR APPLICATION IN CAPACITOR BANK AS SILENCER HARMONIC AT POWER SUPPLY TO RADIOACTIVE WASTE TREATMENT PLANT. The occurrence of harmonic currents and harmonic electric voltage resulting from the use / consumption of power supply is uneven or suddenly. Very disturbing harmonic power supply network systems and devices as well as network utilities electronic instruments. As reducer harmonic current and voltage harmonic damper intalasi power supply systems have been installed Radioactive Waste Treatment reactor capacitor bank in 2009. To determine the function and application of harmonics on the reactor as a buffer capacitor bank to analyze the daily observation data in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The data analyzed were total harmonic current value and the value of total harmonic voltage is compared with the data standard. The results of daily observations highest total harmonic current 1.3% and the total value of the highest voltage harmonic 08.3%. The observation proves that the reactor capacitor bank applications to function properly and safely as reducer harmonic currents and harmonic dampening power supply voltage and the Radioactive Waste Treatment Plant does not exceed the specified standard IEEE Std 519-1992.
