Pengukuran tingkat maturity tata kelola sistem informasi rumah sakit menggunakan framework COBIT versi 4.1

Information and technology are key components to support organizations business process achieving their goals. It has become obvious that there is a need for security and control in information technology as information technology become the vitals components for organization. Management has to be competent to balance risk and control in information technology. Information technology controls help manage risks however they do not eliminate risk. Information system audit is an activity to evaluate the reliability of information system controls. This thesis develops an audit model for hospital information system. The model is adopted from COBIT 4.1 with some adjustments by looking at the business rooms and responsibility of Information Technology toward hospital activities. The purpose of this model is to map planning and implementation process of information system with the level of maturity. The tool for mapping maturity level is questioners concerning control objectives of information system. It uses Likert scale questioners. Control objective is gained by considering Critical Success Factors, Key Goal Indicator and Key Performance Indicator. This hospital information system audit model is applied at dr. Pirngadi Medan hospital.
