Abstract

ABSTRAK

REFUNGSIONALISASI SISTEM PS1 UNTAI UJI TERMOHIDRAULIKA REAKTOR. Seri
perawatan pada sistem catu daya PS1 merupakan pelacakan kerusakan, perbaikan dan pembersihan konektor
dan card. Metodologi pelacakan dilakukan dengan tanpa beban dimulai pengecekan pada card panel
indikator PS1. Dari pelacakan ditemukan adanya kerusakan pada salah satu komponen elektronik berupa
diode zener yang berfungsi sebagai stabilisator tegangan pada subsistem card PS1. Penggantian diode zener
telah dilakukan dengan IC 7812. Pada sub system PS1 juga telah dilakukan penggantian 2 buah lampu
indikator yang tidak berfungsi. Sedang flicker pada sistem pendingin penyearah (rectifier cooling system),
telah diatasi. Penyebabnya adalah kotoran/debu yang menumpuk pada sela-sela card. Debu telah dibersihkan
dengan penyedot debu. Namun setelah dioperasikan ada 2 indikator failure yang mengalami gangguan yaitu :
dc control failure dan rectifier over current failure. Perbaikan dilakukan dengan mengecek satu persatu
semua relay yang terkait dengan sistem tersebut dan membersihkan dengan electronic contact cleaner,
sehingga sistem telah berfungsi. Pengujian menunjukkan hasil keluaran tegangan IC 7812 mempunyai
tegangan yang stabil, sehingga sistem catu daya pada PS1 dapat dioperasikan optimal.

ABSTRACT
REFUNCTION OF PS1 SYSTEM OF REACTOR THERMAL HYDRAULIC TEST LOOP. A series of
maintenance for PS1 power supply system has been carried out. It is accomplished by detecting of probable
components damage, repairing and sweeping of switch and card components. Detection of the components
damage has been carried out without load starting from the panel PS1 indicator. It is recognized that diode
zener, one of electronic components having function as voltage stabilizer at sub-system of PS1 card failed.
Diode zener then be replaced by IC 7812 and its performance has been successfully tested. Other
maintenance activities are replacement of 2 pieces of indicator lamps of PS1 sub-system which were not
function properly and cleaning-up of dust piling between cards. Dust cause flicker of cooling system rectifier.
However, after PS1 been re-operated 2 failure indicator consisting dc control failure and rectifier over
current failure has run in a bad order. Repairing of the system is conducted by checking the entire related
relays and cleaning it using vacuum cleaner. Subsequently PS1 system is able to run and it showed that
voltage output result of IC 7812 having stable voltage, so the PS1 power supply performance can be
optimally operated.
