Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of education level on employee performance at the Industry and Trade Service of South Sulawesi Province. This study was conducted using quantitative methods and an associative approach. The data collection process was carried out through observation, questionnaires and documents. The statistical population consisted of 115 employees who were sampled using the Slovin sample. The data analysis used was simple linear regression analysis processed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 27. The results of the study showed that with a significance level of 0.05, the results of the t-test of the education level variable (X) and employee performance (Y) reached t 8.674, which was greater than the t table of 1.987. The results of this study indicate positive and significant benefits.
