Abstract
Abstrak—Sistem Monitoring Perpindahan Panas Pada
Water Cooling Tank Fassip-02 Berbasis Labview. Dalam
rangka kegiatan INSINAS Kemenristekdikti tahun 2017 di
labolatorium fasilitas termohidrolika PTKRN BATAN
dibangun fasilitassimulasi pendingin pasif teras reaktor
ketika terjadi station blackout. Fasilitas tersebut diberi nama
Fasilitas Simulasi Sistem Pasif versi ke dua (FASSIP-02).
Pada FASSIP-02 terdapat fasilitas water cooling tank. Fungsi
water cooling tankuntuk mengkondisikan temperatur bagian
pendingin FASSIP-02. Pada kegiatan inidilakukan
pembuatan sistem monitoring perpindahan panas water
cooling tank pada FASSIP-02 berbasis Labviewyang terdiri
dariinput laju aliran massa air, kalor spesifik fluida dan
perbedaan temperatur. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah membuat
sistem monitoring perpindahan panas pada WCT FASSIP-02
yang dapat memonitoring, mengolah dan menyimpan data
secara komputerisasi secara realtime. Untuk perangkat keras
sistem monitoring perpindahan panas pada water cooling
tank FASSIP-02 berbasis labview menggunakan modul
akuisisi data National InstrumentCDAQ 9178 dan modul
termokopel National Instrument 9213. Untuk perangkat
lunaknya menggunakan Labview kemudian perangkat keras
dikoneksikan dengan komputer dan perangkat lunak yang
telah dibuat dengan Labview. Hasil dari pembuatan program
sistem monitoring perpindahan panas pada water cooling
tank FASSIP-02 berbasis labview adalah dapat menampilkan
dan merekam perhitungan perpindahan panas water cooling
tank FASSIP-02.

Abstract—Monitoring System Of Heat Transfer In Water
Cooling Tank Fassip-02 Based Labview. In the framework of
INSINAS Kemenristekdikti activities in 2017 at the laboratory
of PTKRN BATAN thermohydraulic facility will be built
simulation for passive core cooling of thereactor core when it
occurs blackout station. The facility is named Second Passive
System Simulation Facility (FASSIP-02). At FASSIP-02 there
is a water cooling tank facility. Water cooling tank function to
condition the cooling temperature of FASSIP-02. In this
activity a water cooling tank heat transfer monitoring system
was performed on a Labview based FASSIP-02 consist of input
water mass flow rate, specific heat offluids and temperature
difference. The purpose of this activity is to create a heat
transfer monitoring system on WCT FASSIP-02 that can
monitor, process and store data in computerized realtime. For
hardware of monitoring system of heat transfer in water
cooling tank based Labview using national instrument CDAQ
9178 and 9213 thermocouple module. For software use labview
the hardware connected to computer and software that has
been made with Labview. The results of the program of heat
transfer monitoring system on FASSIP-02 water cooling tank
based on labview is able to display and record the calculation of
heat transfer tank FASSIP-02.
