So, in this case, the government must provide massive legal policies regarding legal certainty and justice for farmers and business actors in the agricultural industry to maintain post-harvest price stability. So, now, the writer would like to review the Legal Protection of Harvest Prices for Farmers and Business Actors in the Agricultural Sector by using a normative juridical approach, conceptual and legal approach. So, in this case, the government must provide massive legal policies regarding legal certainty and justice for farmers and business actors in the agricultural sector to maintain post-harvest price stability.
