Abstract
This research is stated in the Final Project which aims to determine the application ofstandard operating procedures (SOP) in improving employee performance at PT Hadji KallaDaya Makassar Branch. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely the author describes the results of observations and interviews obtained in the field.This method is a presentation of data originating from the problems faced by the company, and these problems are analyzed using an approach based on existing theories. After analyzing data and measuring employee performance using data violations, the author concludes that PT Hadji Kalla Branch Daya Makassar has implemented standardoperating procedures well, this can be seen from the increase in sales and the existence of the company that was founded in 1952 until now continues to experience problems. development.
