Abstract
EVALUASI OPERASI REAKTOR GA. SIWABESSY SIKLUS OPERASI 80. Unjuk kerja operasi reaktor GA Siwabessy (RSG-GAS) perlu dievaluasi untuk mengetahui apakah sistem dan komponen reaktor masih berfungsi normal. Adanya ketidak normalan dapat dijadikan feed back untuk opersi berikutnya. Makalah ini bertujuan mengevaluasi siklus operasi reaktor siklus 80 yang berlangsung mulai tanggal 12 September 2012 s/d 04 Desember 2012. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data operasi reaktor, analisis dan pembahasan terhadap jalannya operasi reaktor, mulai dari pembentukan konfigurasi teras, operasi daya rendah, operasi daya tinggi, pemanfaatan reaktor, serta gangguan-gangguan yang timbul pada saat pengoperasian reaktor. Operasi reaktor siklus 80 telah dioperasikan dengan energi sebesar 654,3511 MWD, digunakan untuk melayani iradiasi sebanyak 42 target/sampel, penyediaan tabung berkas neutron Pusat Teknologi Bahan Industri Nuklir (PTBIN) dan pewarnaan batu topaz sebanyak ± 296,99 kg. Gangguan scram/penurunan daya terjadi 7 kali dan gangguan yang terjadi pada sistem bantu reaktor sebanyak 53 kali, namun hampir semua gangguan tersebut dapat diatasi. Secara keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa meskipun terjadi beberapa gangguan, operasi reaktor RSG-GAS siklus operasi 80 berlangsung dengan baik dan selamat sesuai dengan target yang ditetapkan.

ABSTRACT
EVALUATION OF THE EIGHTYTH OPERATION CYCLES OF GA. SIWABESSY REACTOR. The performance of reactor operation should be evaluated continuously in order to identify whether the limiting condition of operation complied to the safety regulation issued. This paper is aimed to evaluate the eightieth operation cycles of the GA Siwabessy Reactor (RSG-GAS) which was conducted on September 12, 2012 to December 04, 2012. The evaluation was accomplished by means of compiling and analyzing of reactor operation data followed by discussion of the reactor operation implementation commencing from reactor core configuration, low power operation, high power operation, reactor utilization and reactor operation disturbances. The eightieth operation cycles of the GA Siwabessy Reactor has achieved the power of 654, 3511 MWD at which it was utilized for 42 sample irradiation, neutron beam services to the Center for Technology of Nuclear Materials Industry while disturbances to the auxiliary system were 53 times however all disturbances were successfully managed and all were brought to the normal condition. In general it can be concluded that the eightieth operation cycle was going well and safe as expected.
