Abstract

ANALISIS PENGUKURAN FLUKS NEUTRON TERMAL DI FASILITAS SILIKON DOPING RSG G.A. SIWABESSY. Telah dilakukan analisis pengukuran fluks neutron termal di fasilitas silikon doping RSG-GAS dengan metode aktivasi keping. Pengukuran fluks neutron termal dilakukan dengan menggunakan keping emas (Au) sebanyak 5 buah untuk masing-masing piringan (layer) yang diletakkan di atas piringan (layer) dengan jarak yang sama. Pengukuran fluks neutron termal dilakukan pada daya reaktor 15 MW dan diiradiasi selama 15 menit. Hasil dari pengukuran fluks neutron termal arah aksial menunjukkan bahwa dari piringan (layer) 1 sampai dengan piringan (layer) 4 mempunyai harga fluks neutron termal rerata homogen di setiap piringan (layer) sebesar 1,19E12 n/cm2.s dengan harga penyimpangan ± 10%.

ABSTRACT
ANALYSIS OF THERMAL NEUTRON FLUX MEASUREMENT AT SILICON DOPING FACILITY OF RSG GA SIWABESSY. It has been done the analysis of thermal neutron flux measurements at the silicon doping facility of RSG-GAS by activating foil method. Thermal neutron flux measurement is done by using 5 pieces of gold (Au) foils for each disc (layer) which is placed on the disc (layer) with the same distance. Thermal neutron flux measurements performed at 15 MW power reactors and irradiated for 15 minutes. The results of the thermal neutron flux measurements show that the axial direction of the disc (layer) 1 up to disk (layer) 4 having the average value of thermal neutron flux homogeneous in each dish (layer) of 1.19E12 n/cm2.s at a standard deviation ± 10 %.
