Abstract
ABSTRAK
EVALUASI KINERJA DETEKTOR PEMANTAU RADIASI AIR PENDING IN BAHAN BAKAR BEKAS DI RSG-GAS. Telah dilakukan evaluasi terhadap kinerja detektor pemantau radiasi air pendingin bahan bakar bekas di RSG-GAS. Kajian dilakukan dengan cara melakukan uji fungsi terhadap detektor, dengan menggunakan sumber TKA 04P, yang terdiri dari dua buah sumber Co-60 dengan aktivitas 28,92 /lCi dan 37,83 /lCi, yang dikalibrasi tanggal 20 Desember 2000. Tahapan uji fungsi detektor FAKOl CROOl dilakukan dengan cara Pemeriksaan pembeda tegangan diskriminasi, Pemeriksaan sumber tegangan tinggi dan Uji fungsi dengan menggunakan sumber TKA 04. Evaluasi terhadap hasil uji fungsi diperoleh bahwa deviasi dari pengukuran terse but lebih kecil dari 0,26 %. Dengan demikian detektor pemantau air pendingin bahan bakar bekas masih sangat baik dan dapat diandalkan untuk memantau radiasi kolam penyimpan sementara bahan bakar bekas di RSG-GAS.

ABSTRACT
PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF RADIATION MONITORING DETECTOR FOR THE RSG-GAS SPENT FUEL STORAGE POND COOLING WATER. Performance evaluation of radiation monitoringdetector for cooling water of spent fuel storage pool of RSG-GAS has been conducted The evaluation was conducted by detector performance test using TKA 04P standard source, which are consist of 2 Co-60 standard sources and the activities are 28,92 pCi and 37,83 pCi. These standard sources was calibrated on December 2dh, 2000. The detector performance test was performed by checking the discriminator voltage The discriminator voltage examination was done by using TKA 04 standard source. It could be obtainedfrom the performance test that measurement deviation was less than 0,26 %. So, it can be concluded that the radiation monitoring detector of spent fuels cooling water still perform very well and still reliable for monitoring the radiation level at the RSG-GAS spentfuels storage pool
