Abstract

EVALUASI BEBAN PERALATAN DI SISTEM PEMURNIAN AIR KOLAM REAKTOR (KBE 01). Telah dilakukan evaluasi beban peralatan pacta sistem pemurnian air kolam reaktor (KBE 01). Analisis dan penentuan beban peralatan dilakukan dengan menggunakan paket komputer Caesar II Versi 3.24. HasH analisis menunjukan bahwa perbandingan tegangan pipa pactakondisi sustain 0,263 dan kondisi operasi 0,478. Gaya axial (Fa) dan momen bending (Mb) terbesar di nosel BT 03 pacta kondisi operasi sebesar 409 N dan 232,66 Nm. Untuk nosel BT 04 harga Fa actual maksimum 488 N dan Mb actual maksimum 200Nm terdapat pacta kondisi operasi. Pacta katup KBE 01 AA17 pacta kondisi operasi perbandingan tegangan terbesar 0,03 sedangkan pactakatup KBE 01 AA18 sebesar 0,07. HasH evaluasi menunjukan bahwa tegangan pipa yang terjadi, beban nosel BT 03 dan BT 04, tegangan katup KBE 01 AA17 dan KBE 01 AA 18cukup kecil dan masih di bawah harga batas maksimum yang diijinkan.
ABSTRACT THE EVALUATION OF THE LOAD TO THE EQUIPMENT OF REACTOR WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM (KBE 01). The evaluation of the load to the equipment of reactor water purification system (KBE 01) has been done. The Caesar II version 3.24 computer code was used in the analysis and load identification. The result indicates that stress ratio of the part at the sustain and operation conditions were 0.263 and 0.478 respectively. The biggest axial force (Fa) and bending moment (Mb) at item nozzle BT 03 identified at the operation condition was 409 Nand 232.66 Nm. At item nozzle BT 04 identified at the operation condition was 488 N for Fa,and 200 Nm for Mb. At valve KBE 01 AA 17 the biggest stress ratio at operation condition was 0.03, and at valve KBE 01 AA 18 the biggest stress ratio was 0.007. It was concluded that pipe stress, the load to the nozzle BT 03 & BT 04 as well as the stress to the valves KBE 01 AA 17and KBE 01 AA 18are small enough and less than the allowable value.
