RANCANGAN RAK PENYIMPANAN FASILITAS LOADING UNLOADING

RANCANGANRAK PENYIMPANAN FASILITAS LOADING-UNLOADING. Untuk melengkapi sistem bantu fasilitas loading-unloading telah dilakukan perancangan rak penyimpanan fasilitas ini di gedung Reaktor Serba Guna. Dengan instalasi yang direncanakan, fasilitas loading-unloading dapat disimpan dengan baik di luar kolam reaktor pacta saat tidak digunakan. Perancangan dilakukan dengan memperhitungkan beban maksimum yang terjadi daTIpemilihan dimensi hajJ profil yang didasarkan pactastandard ASTM. Instalasi yang direncanakan memerlukan 4 potong hajJ profil W4x13 dengan panjang 8 ft, 4 potong hajJ profil W4x13 dengan panjang 6 ft daTI1 lembar pelat Al dengan ukuran 1200 x 2400 x 25,4 mm. Dari uraian yang dikemukakan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan rak penyimpanan fasilitas loading unloading ini layak direalisasikan.
ABSTRACT DESIGN THE LOADING-UNLOADING RACK FACILITY. To completed the auxiliary sistem of the loading-unloading facility, the design holding rack of this facility has been done in the RSG-GAS building. By the installation design, the loading-unloading facility can be held in good condition outside of the reactor pool when the facility not used. Design performed by considering the maximum load and the slection of the dimention of steel profile base to ASTM standard. The design installation needs 4 peaces steel profile W 4x13, 8 ft in length, 4 peaces W 4x13, 6 ft in length and 1peace of aluminium pelate with 1200 x 2400 x 25.4 mm dimension. From the discribtion above can be concluded that the rack of the loading-unloading facility visible to be realized.
