ABSTRAK
PENGALAMAN 8 TAHUN OPERASI REAKTOR. Selama hampir 8 (delapan) tahun RSG GAS beroperasi
secara aman dan andal banyak pengalaman yang dapat diperoleh baik dari segi pemeliharaan dan
pengoperasian, manajemen dan sumber daya manusia Pelaksanaan operasi dan masalah yang dihadapi
selama 8 (delapan) tahun ini dibahas, sekaligus saran-saran yang berguna bagi PL TN pertama di
Indonesia akan diberikan.

ABSTRACT
8 YEARS EXPERIENCE OF REACTOR OPERATION. The Multi-purpose Reactor G.A. Siwabessy (RSGGAS)
has been in operation safely and reliably for nearly 8 (eight) years. During this period, a lot of
experience has been acquired in view of operation and maintenance as well as human resources
management. The conduct of operation and the problems faced in this period are reviewed, in addition
suggestions which will be useful! for the first nuclear power plant in Indonesia are described.
