Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the Development Planning Analysis of Bolapapu Village, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The informants in this research were Bolapapu Village officials, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency and village residents. Besides that. This research data consists of primary data and secondary data obtained directly through field research (interviews). Data was analyzed using the results of interviews with officials at the Bolapapu Village office and the community. The results of the research show that the development planning for Bolapapu Village is quite good, which is demonstrated by the commitment and seriousness of the authorities in carrying out their duties and functions in administering the Bolapapu Village government, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. The theory used by the author is the theory of Taliziduhu Ndraha (2003: 56), namely: The amount of costs, facilities and infrastructure for human resources is clear, the implementation time is clear, when it starts and when it ends, Development is carried out in accordance with community needs. which the author considers more suitable to be applied to village government organizations, in this case the Bolapapu Village office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. through observation and direct interviews with five informants from the three dimensions/aspects of development planning assessment. The author concludes that the quality of apparatus development planning at the Bolapapu Village Office, Kulawi District, Sigi Regency, as measured by the three indicators/dimensions, is considered to have fairly good development planning, namely the indicators of total costs, facilities and infrastructure as well as human resources, while in terms of indicators/ The implementation time dimension is clear and development is carried out in accordance with community needs, the results of which still need to be improved
