Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location on customer satisfaction at PT Hanggar Tala'salapang in Makassar city. This research is a quantitative research with statistical analysis techniques. The research was conducted from June 2022 to August 2022. The results showed that location had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Hanggar Tala'salapang in Makassar city.
