Abstract
Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan BATAN menyelenggarakan Pelatihan Pranata Nuklir sebagai
persyaratan untuk memasuki jabatan fungsional Pranata Nuklir. Sejak tahun 2016, sebagian materi,
termasuk Estimasi Ketidakpastian Pengukuran, disampaikan dengan penggabungan metode e-learning
dan tatap muka. Metode e-learning membutuhkan bahan ajar yang sesuai, supaya penyerapan materi
oleh peserta lebih efektif. Kajian efektivitas penerapan metode e-learning diperlukan untuk
pengembangan bahan ajar. Kajian dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil ujian untuk materi tersebut
pada pelatihan dengan penyampaian materi secara tatap muka dan e-learning untuk Pelatihan Pranata
Nuklir Keterampilan dan Keahlian. Metode praktikum yang berupa pengambilan data dan perhitungan
yang diberikan setelah materi teori digantikan oleh latihan menggunakan file Excel yang dilengkapi
data. Slide skema pembelajaran disertakan sebagai panduan tahapan pembelajaran supaya mudah
diikuti oleh peserta. Berdasarkan hasil ujian materi Estimasi Ketidakpastian Pengukuran Pelatihan
Pranata Nuklir Keterampilan secara tatap muka dan e-learning memberikan capaian 59,4% dan
59,6%. Pada Pelatihan Pranata Nuklir secara tatap muka memberikan capaian 63,3% dan 62,5%,
sedangkan penyampaian secara e-learning memberikan capaian 57,6%, secara statistik menunjukkan
capaian yang lebih rendah.
(Center for Education and Training, National Nuclear Energy Agency (BATAN) conducts Nuclear
Technician and Officer Training as a requirement for taking the nuclear technician or officer position.
Since 2016, some subjects, including Uncertainty Estimation, were delivered by e-learning. E-learning
method need apropriate learning material in order to obtain more effective learning result. Review of
effectiveness of e-learning implementation is needed for the improvement of learning material. The
review was conducted based on the comparation of test results in classical method and e-learning
which were delivered for Technician and Officer level. Exercises were conducted by using excel file
which contained the needed data instead of laboratory exercise for data collecting and calculation,
which is normally delivered after the theory. Slides of learning scheme were given to guide the
participants. Based on the test result,the achievement of technician training for classical method and
e-learning were 59.4% dan 59.6% respectively. The achievement of officer training for classical
method were 63.3% dan 62.5% and for e-learning was 57.6% . It is indicated that e-learning method
for Uncertainty Estimation subject were statistically lower performance compare with class method.)
