Analisis Instrumen Evaluasi Hasil Belajar Pelatihan Petugas Proteksi Radiasi Bidang Industri Tingkat 3 Tahun 2017 Analysis of Learning Evaluation Instrument of Radiation Protection Officer Training Courses for Industry Level 3 Year 2017

Efektivitas suatu program pelatihan dapat diukur dari pencapaian evaluasi hasil belajar. Agar
pengukuran terhadap efektifitas program pelatihan tersebut benar, maka dibutuhkan alat ukur yang
reliabel dan valid. Untuk mengetahui reliabilitas dan validitas instrumen evaluasi hasil belajar, maka
dilakukan analisis butir soal. Telah dilakukan analisis butir soal ujian tulis Pelatihan Petugas Proteksi
Radiasi Industri Tingkat 3 yang diselenggarakan selama tahun 2017 menggunakan aplikasi ANATES.
Dari hasil analisis diperoleh rentang tingkat reliabilitas rendah - sangat tinggi dengan nilai korelasi (rtt)
0,40 - 0,89. Sedangkan untuk validitas butir soal, dengan korelasi signifikan dan sangat signifikan
(r > 0,251), memiliki rentang 44% - 70%.
The effectiveness of a training program can be measured from the achievement of evaluation of
learning outcomes. In order to measure the effectiveness of the training program correctly, it is
important to develop a reliable and valid evaluation instrument. Information about reliability and
validity of an evaluation instrument could be gather from item analysis. The item-test analysis for
Industrial Level 3 Radiation Protection Officers Training held during 2017 has been done using
ANATES software. From the analysis, it was obtained that the reliability of the test has low to very
high reliability with correlation coeficient (rtt) ranged from 0,40 to 0,89. The validity of the test item,
with significant to very significant correlation, r ≥ 0,251, ranged from 44% to 70%.
