Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui sikap responsif siswa, mengetahui hasil belajar siswa, mengetahui hubungan antara sikap responsif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dan mengetahui pengaruh sikap responsif terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan pendekatan discovery learning materi larutan elektroli dan non elektrolit. Populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa kelas X IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang. Sampel di ambil menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, tes dan angket. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan eksperimen one-shot case study. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan pendekatan discovery learning mampu membuat siswa berperan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran sehingga siswa dapat menunjukan sikap responsif yang akan berpengaruh pada hasil belajar yang tuntas. Persentase sikap responsif siswa dalam penelitian ini tergolong dalam kategori sangat baik dengan persentase rata-rata sebesar 85,34%, hasil belajar siswa tergolong dalam kategori tuntas dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 88,652, ada hubungan yang cukup kuat dan signifikan antara sikap responsif siswa dengan hasil belajar dengan nilai koefisien korelasi rxy sebesar 0,4655dan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 2,7226 > 2,080 dan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara sikap responsif siswa dengan hasil belajar dengan persamaan regresi Ŷ= 71,207+ 0,2044.

This study aims to determine student responsiveness, determine student learning outcomes, determine the relationship between responsiveness towards student learning outcomes and determine the effect of responsiveness on student learning outcomes by applying a discovery learning approach to electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions. The population in this study were students of class X IPA SMAK Sint Carolus Kupang. Samples were taken using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques used are through observation, tests and questionnaires. This research was conducted using a one-shot case study experiment. The results of this study indicate that the application of the discovery learning approach is able to make students play an active role in the learning process so that students can show a responsive attitude that will affect complete learning outcomes. The percentage of students' responsiveness in this study is classified as very good with an average percentage of 85.34%, student learning outcomes are classified in the complete category with an average value of 88.652, there is a fairly strong and significant relationship between students' responsiveness and learning outcomes with rxy correlation coefficient value of 0.4655 and tcount > ttable or 2.7226 > 2.080 and there is a significant effect between student responsiveness and learning outcomes with the regression equation = Ŷ 71.207 + 0.2044.
