Abstract

This research is based on the following problems: (a) Does Reinforcement Method Learning affect learning outcomes of learning motivation? (b) How high is the level of mastery of the Counseling Guidance subject matter with the implementation of the Reinforcement Method Learning method?The aims of this study are: (a) To reveal the effect of Reinforcement Method Learning on learning motivation. (b) Want to know how far the learning motivation is after the implementation of Reinforcement Method Learning This study uses three rounds of action research. Each round consists of four stages, namely: design, activities and observations, reflection, and revision. The target of this research is the students of Class VII. The data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheets of teaching and learning activities.From the results of the analysis, it was found that student achievement increased from cycle I to cycle III, namely, cycle I (57%), cycle II (71%), cycle III (88%).The conclusion of this study is that the reinforcement method can have a positive effect on the learning motivation of class VII students, and this learning model can be used as an alternative to Guidance and Counseling.
