Abstract

Peran internet berpotensi besar sebagai media pemasaran dan perdagangan terutama dalam periklanan (advertensi). Periklanan melalui internet, khususnya media sosial di Indonesia, belum dimanfaatkan secaramaksimal oleh UMKM. Oleh karena itu, pegiat UMKM memerlukanpelatihan peran advertensi digital di media sosial. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan advertensi digital di media sosial. Adapun hasilyang diharapkan agar pegiat UMKM dapat mengenal dan menggunakan media sosial sebagai salah satu media untuk mengembangkan, memperluas,dan mengoptimalkan pemasaran yang berdampak pada peningkatan penjualan UMKM.

Internet has considerable potential as a medium of marketing and commerce, particularly in the field of advertising. Unfortunately, advertising through internet, especially social media in Indonesia has not been optimized. Therefore, UMKM activists need training on the role of digital advertising through social media. The aim of this social responsibility is to provide training on digital advertisement through socialmedia. The output of this activity is to introduce and utilize social media as a medium to develop, expand, and optimize digital advertising that will contribute to increasing UMKM trade.
