Abstract

This research aims to find out the effect of work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The data that will be used in this research is conducted through interviews and questionnaires in which the employees will answer all of the questions. The population of this study is 80 employees of PT. Alamjaya Wirasentosa. The data analysis method that is being used in this research is the descriptive statistic test, descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression test. The final output of this research shows that only one hypothesis is being accepted: Work Discipline has a significant influence on Employee Performance. While another hypothesis is being rejected: Work Motivation has no considerable impact on Employee Performance
