Kajian Arkeologi landskap tantangan ke depan dalam pelestarian warisan budaya di Bali

The study of the past is not only limited to the study of artifacts, but it is also a study of life supporting natural environment. Conceptually, men live in a natural environment based on three basic aspects bridging the life of human beings and their environment. Firstly, in the ideological superstructure, people have ideas and system of belief to manage environment. Secondly, the management on nature can not be separated from the social structure system based upon the adopted regulations. Thirdly, environmental management that is adaptive to eco-technology is beneficial to society.The damage on some archaeological landscape resulted from tho existence ot development access that has little consideration on the equilibrium and cultural heritages. More serious efforts should be endeavored in the future to preserve the cultural heritages. However, its implementation should be more emphasized on the empowerment cultural resources in order to be more meaningful to the present society.
