Archaeological inheritance plays important roles in the development of knowledge, to grow the feeling of love and proud ofnation and country, and to generate strong and steady social solidarity and integration to all people. In addition, it can also give added value that is as tourism abject. In some cases in Indonesia the uses of archaeological inheritance as tourist destination is merely based on economical consideration, so other important values are often neglected, for instance science, social and culture. The touch of tourism over archaeological inheritance will certainly bring good effect for archaeological inheritance itself especially physical effect to local people. The uses of archaeological inheritance as tourist object must be well planned and organized from different aspects. At least consideration must be given to the interest of people and archaeological inheritance itself. In other words, principally the uses of archaeological inheritance can give contribution over various development sectors by considering some interests such as research, conservation, education and devisa. In this context, the use of archaeological inheritance is subject in conform to regulation UU Nomor 5 of 1992 on "Benda Cagar Budaya" (Cultural Conservative Things).
