Penetapan kadar T3, T4, dan TSH serta harga T5 uptake sebagai bagian parameter fungsi kelenjar thyroid pada beberapa karyawan PPBMI BATAN

Determination of T3, T4 and TSH concentration and T3 uptake value of the personels at PPBMI BATAN was carried out by radioimmunassay diagnostic division. For this purpose, 47 persolels at PPBMI BATAN who were found to be cuthyroid (base on the data derived from general medical check up) where chosen to be the donor of the blood samples of which the above mentioned tyroid function parameters were to be determinated. The determination was the first step in the effort of establishing the range of normal values of the T3, T4, TSH, and T3 uptake in the nuclear medicine laboratory. Logit log transformation were applied in the calculation of data obtained from the counting of samples radio activity. The result showed that the concentration of T3, T4, TSH was in the range of 69,17 - 157,47 ng/dl; 5,74 - 22,41 mg/dl; 0,5 - 0,66 Miu/mL respectively, and the value of T3 uptake was in the range of 16,03% - 30,34%.
