EVALUASI PENGENDALIAN SISTEM INFORMASI KINERJA PEGAWAI BATAN (SIKAP) MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 4.1

This study discusses the condition of the Governance employee performance
information system (SIKAP) in BATAN especially on BATAN office in Yogyakarta.
Employee Performance Information System (Attitude) is one of the existing information
systems in BATAN institutional environment, which is principally to determine the
development achievements of SKP (Target Performance Officer) in accordance with the
employment contract that has been set. This study aims to determine the extent to which
the implementing Governance BATAN (SIKAP) in Yogyakarta. This study only focus on
two dominant COBIT 4.1 is PO and ME. Primary data of this research is the result of
questionnaires and interviews with a guide and observations conducted on Attitude in
BATAN. The results showed most of the domains on SIKAP in Yogyakarta BATAN
already at level 4 only PO7 which is level 3. This shows that management BATAN
organization has implemented a number of quantitative performance measurement
indicators to monitor the effectiveness of the management of IT Governance in SIKAP.
