Abstract

A study has been made upon the influence either of water content of albino rat tissues of P.Z.I (Protamin Zink Insuline) injection to albino rat on the relaxsation time (T1) proton, observed by means of a pulsed N.M.R (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance), of either of the muscular or hepatic tissues. From the observation of T1 values carried out eithen on the hepatic and muscular tissues previously submerged in a hypertonic solution of saline (3,6 % of NaCl) or on those of albino rats previously injected with P.Z.I, it was found that the T1 values were influence either by the water content of tissues or by carbohydrate metabolism v in the tissues as well, with the indicated by the increase of the T1 values.
