Daya adaptasi tumbuhan koleksi hasil eksplorasi di kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Nipa-Nipa (Murhum) Kabupaten Kendari dan Konawe Propinsi Sulawesi Tenggara

Based on the duties and functions Purwodadi Botanical Garden, conducted exploration activities in the area of Forest Park NipaNipa (Murhum) Konawe and Kendari District Southeast Sulawesi Province. From a number of plants that collected, not all plants can survive and being a new collection of garden plants. Plant monitoring process conducted as evaluation materials for sampling plant on the other exploration activities. The research was done on plants with an inventory of exploration results over the number of plants per month after emerging seedling, to determine their adaptability to climate change early in Sulawesi with the climate in Purwodadi. The data tabulated and matched with the initial data, then analyzed descriptively about the factors that may infl uence the adaptability of plants. The results showed that the collection of 141 plant species, 120 species can adapt and survive or approximately 84.50%. Plants are not able to adapt to consist of 16 families, and the most of the Family Moraceae Ficus surname, as many as 4 species. Ficus plants are known as diffi cult to adapt, especially if the propagation was done by cuttings. The adaptibility is also infl uenced by differences in temperature, humidity and rainfall.
