Analisis kontribusi komponen teknologi (technoware, humanware, infoware, organoware) pada perusahaan jasa transportasi kereta api barang dengan pendekatan model teknometrik

Transportation is one of the most important sectors for the Indonesian government. In fact, one of the research priorities in the National Research Agenda (ARN) is research in the field of transportation. This priority is reinforced by the National Research Master Plan 2017-2045 (RIRN) as well as by the Presidential Regulation No. 58/2017 concerning the National Strategic Acceleration Project. In this regulation, railway infrastructure is a part of the strategic projects that has to be developed. This policy is expected to boost the market share of freight rail service companies. So that PT. Kereta Api Logistik (PT. KALOG) need to prepare for the new market share opportunities in future. Nevertheless PT KALOG as one of the freight rail service companies has some operational problems which led to sales performance and operations have not reached the target. The problem caused by the adequate technologies and the unoptimized used of technologies. The purpose of this study is to calculate the Technology Contribution Coefficient (TCC) by using Technometric Model and to determine the priority of technology component development based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP).

The Technometric model analysis is used to obtain the value of the contribution of component technology while the AHP is used to obtain the the intensity of the contribution technology components. AHP method asessment involving five experts who are competem in the management of components technology in PT KALOG.

The output of this study are the value of TCC and the priority of technology component development. the TCC value of PT KALOG is 0.5 which shows that the technological condition of PT KALOG is "Fair". Meanwhile, it has also been found that the priority of the technology components development are: 1st humanware, 2nd technoware, 3rd infoware and 4th orgaware.
