Abstract
This thesis examines the provision and use of family planning services in four Indonesian provinces: Jakarta, Bali, Lampung, and South Sulawesi. The study investigates various factors—demographic, social, and economic—that influence community participation in family planning programs. Research data were gathered through surveys and in-depth interviews with both service users and providers. The analysis focuses on the effectiveness of existing family planning initiatives, identifying key challenges and barriers faced in each province. The study's findings offer policy recommendations aimed at improving the planning and implementation of family planning services in Indonesia, contributing to more effective population management at both local and national levels
