Abstract

ANALISIS TEGANGAN PIPA DARI POMPA PENDING IN PRIMER SAMPAI PENUKAR PANASTelah dilakukananalisisteganganpipa dari pompa pendingin primer sampai penukar panas RSG- GASdenganmenggunakancode PS + CAEPIPE. Sistempendinginprimer mempunyainosselperalatanyang bervariasi mulaidari pompa, penukar panas, kolam reaktor dID kembali ke pompa. Dari ketiganosseldiatas, sistem pemipaanpendinginprimer dilakukandengan tiga tahapan analisis. Tahapan analisis yang dipilih adalah dari nossel pompa pendingin sampai nossel penukar panas. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan 6 penyangga tire restrain + 2 penyangga tire sipring dan 5 penyangga tire restrain + 3 penyangga tire sipring. Hasil perbandingan teganganyang diperolehdengan menggunakan 6 restrain + 2 sipring adalah 0,101 sedangkan5 restrain + 3 sipringadalah 0,092 yang hasilnyalebih kedl dari 1,0. Dilihatdari tire penggunaan penyanggaini menunjukkan bahwa susunanpenyangga yang sudah terpasang kurang ekonomissedangkandari segikeselamatankedua-duanyamemenuhipersyaratancode.
ABSTRACT PIPE STRESS ANALYSIS FROM PRIMARY COOLING SYSTEM UP TO HEAT EXCHANGER. Has been done analysis of the pipe stress from primary cooling system up to heat exchanger using PS + CAEPIPE. The primary cooling system has the nozzle variation equipment, start from pump, heat exchanger, reactor pool and return to primary pump. The third nozzle above primary cooling piping system can be performed by three-analysis grade. Step of analysis that is selected is from cooling pump nozzle up to heat exchanger nozzle. Analysis was performed by using six supports restrain type + two supports spring type and five supports restrain type + three supports spring type. Stress ratio result by using six restrain + two spring is 0,101 whereas for five restrain + three spring is 0,092 which the both are less than 1,0. The utilization supports type is indicated that arrangement of supports, which installed not economics, but the both of code requirements are acceptable from safety side.
