Abstract

This paper described the needs of satellite navigation information to support the implementation of Satellite Based Air Navigation System. GPS (Global Positioning Satellites) System is one of many emerging satellite navigation systems. The satellite integrity is one of the performance indicator of the reliability of satellite navigation information. RAIM (Receiver Autonomous Integrity Monitoring) to monitor this satellite integrity becomes significant in the future.
Therefore BPPT (Indonesian Agency for the Assessment and the Application of Technology) especially GPS Group investigate the
GPS signal receiving performance
specific in Indonesian
region. This paper presents the evaluation of GPS signals in order to be used as supporting information in Air Traffic Management.
