Pengamatan morfologi paduan quartener Culn0,8Ga0,2Se2,CUIn0,6Ga0,4Se2, dan CuIn0,4Se2 dengan SEM-EDXS

Morphology Analysis of Quaternary Alloy CulosGaoSe, CuloGanSen and Culto,Gao&Se, by Using SEM-EDS. Quaternary alloy has features to become p- or n-type semiconductors by doping it, so that they can be used as homó- or hetero-junction devices. This research has an objective to observe the change on morphology by using SEM-EDS analysis, and resistivity of quaternary alloy CulnogGao,Se,, CulnaoGa,,Sey, and Culm, GaooSe, affected by composition variation. Morphology analysis shows variation of composition does not change surface morphology, and composition analysis shows that the composition close to stoichiometry.
Resistivity analysis shows the resistivity decrease proportional to the increase Gallium composition.
