Pembuatan bahan keramik melalui teknologi sol-gel

Some aspects comcerning sol-gel technology such as historical background, progress in research activities, fundamental reactions in sol-gel processing, the advantage of sol-gel method in comparison with conventional melting method as well as the application area of sol-gel technology will be reviewed. In this review, a representative method of the preparation of fiber glass will be also introduced.
Sol-gel technology has brought a new view in the preparation of glass and ceramic materials.
