Upaya penurunan stres guru dengan meningkatkan kompetensi digital dan modul ajar disekolah penggerak

Guru sebagai tenaga pendidik disekolah diharapkan memiliki kompetensi sesuai dengan Undang-undang No. 14 Tahun 2005 Tentang Guru dan Dosen Pasal 10 pasal 1 mengungkapkan guru harus memiliki kompetensi pedagogik, kompetensi kepribadian, kompetensi sosial, dan kompetensi profesional. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PKM) ini dilaksanakan disalah satu sekolah penggerak angkatan pertama di kabupaten Karawang yaitu SMAN 6, PKM dalam bentuk pelatihan tersebut dilakukan dalam bentuk pelatihan yang dilakukan selama 2 hari pada tanggal 13-15 Juli 2022. Pelaksanaan pelatihan guru dimulai dari kebutuhan kepala sekolah SMAN 6 Karawang yang menceritakan terdapat kebingungan tenaga pendidik disekolah tersebut terhadap pengoptimalan tehnologi digital dalam kegiatan pembelajaran disekolah secara khusus terhadap penerapan kurikulum merdeka yang telah diadopsi sekolah sejak 2021. Kegiatan PKM yang dilakukan di SMAN 6 Karawang sangat membantu guru memasuki tahun ajaran baru, pengembangan kemampuan guru merupakan salah satu upaya yang dilakukan sekolah terhadap kebutuhan tenaga pendidik disekolah tersebut.
