Abstract
In order to overcome the difficulties rise in classical radioimmunosay (RIA) data processing using % bound vs concentration curve, logit log transformation has been tested and the result in linear standard cuved which help the data processing automatisation and improve the accuracy of the essay. The tests have been made for several RIA kits as pollicle stimulating hormone (TSH), T4 prolactine etc. Result of the essay using % bound vs concentration curve were compered to those from logit log transformation. It was found that the logit log method give more precise and quicker results.
