Development of RDE component database based on geographic information system

The projects and activities related to the Reaktor Daya Eksperimental (RDE) have been partially done and produce enormous information. However, it is not easy to obtain the necessary information quickly and accurately due to many of information are scattered separately in many pages or folders. The objective of this article is to provide convenience for the end user when looking for particular data more easily. This article describes a method to rapidly identify the existing spatial and non-spatial data in a project document by means of a GIS software. By using the method of adding attribute data, select by location, domain, query, and HTML pop-up, a preliminary component database has been developed and come up with the new rapprochement, resulting the information internal components, building, codes, nuclear classification as well as material type of RDE becomes easy to be searched.
