PENGARUH PEMBANGUNAN GEDUNG NTC TERHADAP RESAPAN TANAH. Rancangan resapan air ini akan dibuat untuk mengurangi dampak yang ditimbulkan akibat pembangunan NTC didaerah yang telah padat oleh gedung-gedung dan untuk menanggulangi berkurangnya sumber air tanah atau menurunnya tinggi muka air tanah. Dengan dibuatnya rancangan resapan ini, kondisi tanah di daerah tersebut dapat terjaga struktur tanah dan daya permeabilitasnya sehingga masyarakat di lingkungan tersebut dapat terhindar dari bahaya banjir akibat dari daya serap tanah yang masih cukup besar. Sumur-sumur resapan ini dibuat dibeberapa tempat dihitung dari jumlah kapasitas air resapan yang dapat ditampung dan menginduk di satu resapan induk. Rancangan resapan air ini menggunakan rumus Darcy dan Manning.
